All of our products – with the exception of a very small number of specialist or custom made items – are available for immediate despatch.

Orders for wood flooring products are normally despatched to arrive within three days – quicker if required.

With regard to accessories, these can be despatched to arrive next business day before 9.00am, before 10.00am, before 12.00pm or next business day if required. Alternatively, where delivery is not critical we send these orders by 2-3 day economy service (and save you money).

Delivery for accessories starts at just £1.99 and typically costs £5.25 plus VAT.

The cut off time for guaranteed despatch for a Next Business Day service is 2.00pm.
