Tips and advice on sanding parquet flooring and insulation

This is a guide to follow, please take time to read and to understand and preferably for more advice if needed.

Once you've finished putting their parquet floor blocks or early hardwood floor using a sand paper of 50 grit and work diagonally across the floor always with the grain of the floor. If you are sanding a floor old then use more sand down 36 to remove the old varnish you can go all the way on the floor when removing the old varnish but always end with the grain going diagonally across the floor. Once you've finished passing the floor once with a belt 50 grit sanding to go around the edges with the edger sanding disk 50 grit. Then the repetition goes around the edges working above the sand 80 then finally 100 of the sand 50 sand then.
