I am so pleased with this product!!!! It has brought the grain and character of the wood to life. It has darkened the wood slightly and I would describe it as slightly toasted colour (i.e. toasted bread). I had previously varnished the floor but was so unhappy with it I deciced to sand it and oil it - someone recomended this product and said it was easy to maintain. I would thououghly recomend it.
