Product Availability / Stock

We only source products that meet our strict quality standards. Everything we sell is a high quality product supplied at the lowest direct wholesale price but we won’t take on cheap or value products because we know how important a hassle free installation is to our repeat trade customers. 

Next Day and Express Delivery

Goods are despatched direct to you or direct to site address if you prefer. 

Let us know when you need your goods and we will try our best to ensure that they arrive without delay - usually by next business day delivery. 

Timed, Morning and Saturday deliveries are also available for a small fee. 

Free Wood Floor Samples

We wouldn't expect you to order from us without taking advantage of our free wood floor sample service. We're happy to despatch samples either to you or direct to your customer. 

You and your customer will then be able to see the quality of our real wood floors. 

Our free wood floor sample offer is normally restricted to three per customer, but in the case of our repeat trade customers we are keen to help you sell our products to your customers. 

Trade Account & Discount

We welcome enquiries from trade individuals and companies large and small with whom we can strike up a long-term mutually beneficial partnership. 

While we are pleased to offer a trade discount to builders and developers, please bear in mind that because we are not greedy on the margins we take, our prices are already highly competitive - despite the high level of service we provide to all of our customers. 


We are pleased to offer real discounts to repeat trade customers (with the exception of our special offer products), as we want to work in partnership and reward this type of repeat business.
