We only source products that meet our strict quality standards and meet our business objectives. They must be: 

•   a high quality product
•   at the lowest direct wholesale price.

Trade supply companies are welcome to contact us - but if you have a cheap product of questionable quality, or a fantastic product at an extreme price - then we will turn it down. 
With the exception of a very small amount of specialized wood floors, all our solid, engineered wood flooring and flooring accessories are available for immediate nationwide delivery. These high quality, first grade products are dispatched direct to customers across the whole of the UK usually by next business day delivery. 
Our nationwide reach ensures that we sell products to many remote areas of Devon, Cornwall, Wales and the Scottish Highlands & Islands. We utilise the true power of the Internet to provide extended product reach and enable customers to shop from home and avoid 50 mile plus round trips to distributor showrooms. 
We are not box shifters looking to make a quick buck. We will sell your high quality products by providing exceptional service including pre-sales advice, technical recommendations and after sales service on installation and other technical matters. 
All of this reflects well on the products that our partners manufacture and enhances their reputation in the industry and marketplace. When we say 'Partner' we really mean it. 
We are always looking to extend our product range and will always consider new business opportunities where we can see the potential for building honest long term partner relationships. 
As well as our standard product range we often get enquiries for large orders of non-stock items and are happy to contact suppliers who we feel they may be able to help with one-off orders as part of our 'product sourcing service'. 
No amount of photographs or descriptive write up can ever do justice to the high quality wood flooring products that our partner companies supply to us. That's why we insist on customers taking us up on our free sample offer - delivered free to their home from either ourselves or direct from our supplier.
