However, we appreciate that sometimes things do not go to plan and also that people can change their minds. We are committed to providing total customer satisfaction, so should you find it necessary to cancel your order you can do so with us at any time up to 7 working days from the day of delivery, although a re-stocking fee may apply. We will also accept back any flooring that you have left over after completing your installation for a 25% restocking fee. This does not apply to some direct from manufacturer & custom made products and business to business transactions.

Please note that goods returned must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, then we cannot accept them back for re-sale.
If you wish to cancel your order within the 7 day period you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You will need to return the goods via your chosen courier / pallet haulier. We will provide the address for the appropriate warehouse when you notify us about the return.
Courier company’s terms & conditions vary so we strongly recommend that you follow ‘their’ rules for packaging and fully insure the products.
